We make use of external reliable couriers. Your order should be delivered to the given address within 4-7 working days for all central cities from the date payment is received. Delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations. As we are making use of an external courier company, we don’t have the option to deliver parcels over weekends and public holidays. Please take this into account when calculating your delivery date.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email. Please follow the link in the email to track your order.
We do accept payments via Visa/ credit card, we also accept Instant EFT payments from most major banks in South Africa. Place your order as usual & choose the “instant EFT” option when you’re checking out.

1. Returns Eligibility: You may request a return under the following circumstances: • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate your case and issue a return authorization if your request is approved. This will include instructions on how to return the item. 4. Return Conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition. • All original packaging and tags should be intact. • Gift boxes and packaging should be returned in their original state.

6. Refund Process: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your store credit/ replace products. Products can be returned to us for store credit and not cash.
